Stella's was close to the place we were staying in Maui, so we ended up eating here twice. The first time we visited it was with a group of 6 adults and 2 infants. Quite the group to serve, but the staff here handled us very well. I was pleased with how accommodating they were to our needs. We started off with some drinks and appetizers. I ordered the Lava Flow Pina Colada. It was good, though I would've preferred it have a BIT more flavor to it - just a little bland. We ordered several apps, but the only one I can remember is the Thai lettuce wraps. I love the Thai chile sauce and they did the other fixings very well. It's a tasty, light appetizer that we really enjoyed. The fact that I can't remember what else we got probably says a lot - it was probably ok but not memorable. For dinner my wife ordered the jambalaya "oh mya" (cute) which was very good - though I'm not a connoisseur of jambalaya. It was VERY spicy - which I know she enjoyed. I had the fresh fish special of the evening. It was also good, but not fantastic. Ahi (I think) surrounded by some vegetables and a green aioli sauce with mashed potatoes. Not bad, just not great. However, the Mega Mai Tai I ordered with dinner WAS great. Also, VERY strong (I did giggle all the way home). The 3 men in our group came back for lunch after a golf outing. It was the kind of experience I would expect from a local pub where we live. Burger was good, service was also fine. I will say that the Bloody Mary I had was GREAT. And I've been around some very good and very bad Bloodies in my time. This was one of the better ones. Normally I need to really coach the staff through how to make it so that I find it tasty - but they almost nailed it (I asked for a bit of Worcestershire sauce) the first time. Overall, a fine meal - though I'm sure there are other places you could go on Maui that may be more memorable. From what I could tell the prices here aren't as bad as others on the island.

We've gone there 3-4 times while on Maui. You can sit outside if you wish, the food is good, and the staff was reasonbly attentive. Good value overall

Stella Blues is a great place for breakfast. They offer large servings, a varied menu and decent prices. It was half the price of our hotel breakfast and a great change! It's basically in a small strip mall area (not on the beach or anything), but it has a great Hawaiian attitude and interesting servers who are knowledgeable about the area. Definitely check out Stella Blues if you're looking for a laid-back meal.

We kind of found this restaurant as we were looking for anyplace to eat. Although the food is good, there is nothing spectacular about the restaurant that makes you dying to go there. The restaurant itself is airy, but there is no good views or anything to draw you in. Their sandwiches were good and for an aditional fee, you could add different kind of salads, including a yummy pasta salad. The servers were very friendly and helpful.
